Our Mission is to provide each of our members with cutting edge training through personal training and group fitness classes, a safe and pristine environment to work out in while providing exceptional customer service in a family friendly atmosphere. We are committed to making each of our members feel special and cater to every age and fitness level. It is our mission to help them to push past their fitness comfort zones no matter what they are and leave our facility a better version of themselves!

Classes

We offer over 20 different types of group fitness classes every week. Our classes are taught but highly qualified trainers and group fitness instructors that take their time in planning and executing each of their individually planned workouts. Every week is different and we know that you don’t want the same workout over and over again so our instructors do their research and bring you the newest ideas in fitness. Come give it a try!!!!

We offer small classes allow for individual attention from our experienced instructors. We offer a wide variety of classes included with your membership: TRX, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Boxing Circuit, Weight training classes and much more!
