SpinningWe offer over 20 different types of group fitness classes  every week.  Our classes are taught but highly qualified trainers and group fitness instructors that take their time in planning and executing each of their individually planned workouts.  Every week is different and we know that you don’t want the same workout over and over again so our instructors do their research and bring you the newest ideas in fitness.  Come give it a try!!!!

Spin  A cardio workout, with motivating music! Pedal up a hill or sprint down the other side. This class is for everyone, you control your ride, pace and tension. Beginners welcome.

ZUMBA – Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, fast and slow, creating a dynamic fitness program!

Strictly Strength – Looking to change your body? This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. This simple, easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of equipment

Core Strength – Focus in on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work. Exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core. Don’t be afraid to sweat!

Tabata – A high intensity workout, using timed intervals of cardio and strength. 50 seconds of effort with only 10 seconds of rest! This class will leave you breathless!

Tread-n-Shed – Take your treadmill work out to the next level. Add strength to that cardio workout and burn more calories! You have never done a workout like this on the treadmill before!

Silver Sneakers – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Teen Tone – Kids, ages 11 to 17, will love this cardio sculpt class designed just for them. Light weights, body weight and cardio will be used! Come join the fun! Offered in 8 week sessions for $80 or Drop in for $10/person. (Sept 30-Nov 18)

Semi Private – With a max of 4 clients per session this type of personal training is a highly effective regimen.  Learn how to properly perform a deadlift, squat, bench press and more! $25/person sign up in advance

*Gravity –A full body workout. Fun programming that accommodates all age and fitness levels within a single training session. Featuring Gravity Strength, Gravity Pilates, and Gravity Ride & Glide. Different instructors, different music, different focus! Try one or try them all!

*Hot Yoga Boot camp -15 minutes of hot  yoga, followed by 30 minutes of cross fit style, super set circuits, ending with 15 minutes of cool down stretches. All done in 100 degrees! This class will take your training to a whole new level  $10/person

20/20/20 circuit – Lose Interest quickly? This class is a combination of cardio, resistance training & core work to burn fat and build muscle. Just when you think you can’t….You can!

skyclub-classesBars, Bands, Bells & Balls – Intervals of Cardio and strength exercises using multiple pieces of equipment. Be ready for a little of everything!!

Weights and Plates – This challenging weight training class uses plates on a bar to sculpt your body using high and low repetitions while changing your weight loads. This class is designed to change your physique to the one you’ve always wanted!

Boxing Circuit – class will consist of a variety of stations, set up in a circuit. Boxing based drills, on the heavy bag and off, this class will challenge your endurance and push you to your limit!

Run, Ride and Recover– our version of a triathlon, running, spinning and yoga!

Fitness Fridays – Instructors Choice! You can expect something different every week! Check schedulicity each week to see what to expect.

Ride 75 – An intense 75 minute cardio workout with motivating music! Simulate an outdoor ride as you pedal up a hill or sprint down the other side . This class is not for everyone. Experienced spinners only.
