Classes

We offer over 20 different types of group fitness classes every week. Our classes are taught but highly qualified trainers and group fitness instructors that take their time in planning and executing each of their individually planned workouts. Every week is different and we know that you don’t want the same workout over and over again so our instructors do their research and bring you the newest ideas in fitness. Come give it a try!!!!

Spin – A cardio workout, with motivating music! Pedal up a hill or sprint down the other side. This class is for everyone, you control your ride, pace and tension. Beginners welcome.

Ply-yo-lates Plyometrics , yoga and Pilates all in one class. . These strengthen and stretch methods will torch calories as well as sculpt definition. Each class begins with a warm up preparing the mind and body for 40 second Plyometric bursts leading you into a deep stretch to finish the class.

HIIT – A high intensity interval training workout, including cardio and strength, class will vary each week! This class will leave you breathless!

Silver Sneakers – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Teen Tone – Kids, ages 11 to 17, will love this cardio sculpt class designed just for them. Light weights , body weight and cardio will be used! Come join the fun! Offered in 8 week sessions for $80 or Drop in for $10/person, free for members!

Semi Private – With a max of 4 clients per session this type of personal training is a highly effective regimen. Learn how to properly perform a deadlift, squat, bench press and more! $25/person sign up in advance

Boot camp -Cross fit style, super set circuits, with body weight exercises, interval training, and strength training. This class will take your training to a whole new level

Weights and Plates– This challenging weight training class uses plates on a bar to sculpt your body using high and low repetitions while changing your weight loads. This class is designed to change your physique to the one you’ve always wanted!

Boxing Circuit –class will consist of a variety of stations, set up in a circuit. Boxing based drills, on the heavy bag and off, this class will challenge your endurance and push you to your limit!

Full Body Fridays– Instructors Choice! You can expect something different every week! Check Schedulicity each week to see what to expect.

Power Hour Mix Up– Intervals of cardio and strength exercises using multiple pieces of equipment. Be ready for a little bit of everything!

20/20/20 – Lose Interest quickly? This class is a combination circuit of cardio, resistance training & core work to burn fat and build muscle Just when you think you can’t….You can!

Fitness fundamentals– Perform tasks in training that replicate the movements found in life; improve strength while increasing your heart rate. Class is designed for beginner to intermediate participants. Light weights will be used.

Spin & Get Ripped! – 30 minutes of high intensity spin followed by 30 minutes of strength training.

Yoga –the practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

TRX Fusion -A cutting edge suspension training program that builds total body strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Easily adjusts for all fitness levels, using your own bodyweight. Cardio and strength intervals will be mixed in.
