After having her children, Dawn wanted a career that would allow her some flexibility. She fell in love with fitness while getting back into shape after giving birth! Dawn has over 17 years of experience. Certifications include Personal Training, Kickboxing, Cycling, Pre/post Natal, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, TRX & Gravity.

Over the years in the industry, Dawn has been fundraising for many different charities. Some of which include Team in Training, NOCC (ovarian cancer), St Jude, Cycle for Survival, Team Zoey, Change of Heart, & No Kid Hungry.

Dawn enjoys using her knowledge and experience to help people make better choices and live a healthier life style! When she’s not at the gym, you can find her reading a good book or at the beach!
