Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
Christine began her career in the fitness industry about 5 years ago. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from James Madison University, she worked in Product Safety and Toxicology for L’Oreal USA for about 3 years. Her professional journey then led her to the restaurant business where she worked her way to General Manager. Christine’s love of fitness began about 8 years ago when her sister gave her a gift certificate for private Pilates sessions. After taking Pilates as a client for a while, Christine decided to get her Pilates Certification and turn her passion into a career. After giving private Pilates sessions at a Pilates studio, she was given an opportunity to join the team at Sky Club Fitness 24/7 in West Caldwell. Christine has been here since July of 2011. During her time at Sky Club, she earned a Personal Training Certification and received a Nutrition Coaching Certification from Integrative Nutrition. She instructs group Gravity Pilates Classes as well as private personal training sessions. Christine also offers private and group Nutrition Coaching. Her approach to fitness and nutrition is simple and easy to incorporate into any lifestyle, resulting in healthy habits that will stay with someone forever.
In July of 2014, Christine completed her first Olympic Distance Triathlon. She participated in two half marathons and multiple smaller events as well. Christine is now volunteering for a program called Girls on the Run. It’s a self-esteem program that uses running to encourage the girls as they build life skills. She enjoys taking her love of health and fitness and sharing it with others, particularly young people. Christine hopes to inspire individuals to find happiness in being healthy.
