Kim’s ultimate passion in life is helping people of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels utilize their full potential in the realm of physique and performance. She has always been a fitness lover/athlete from childhood into college where she attained an undergraduate degree in biology/ pre-medical from Moravian College in 2011. During College Kim became extremely interested in human anatomy, exercise science, and general physiology expanding her knowledge post college with her personal training, group fitness, and boot camp certifications. Being fresh to the fitness industry Kim is up to date with the latest fitness movements and brings enough enthusiasm to motivate every type of client. She is also a weight loss practitioner and passionate about helping her clients combine strategic nutrition plus training to equal a specific physique and/or performance outcome.
